Cream Cheese Coffee Cake « Just Baked For the filling: Two 8 oz. packages cream cheese ½ cup sugar ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 egg For the cake: 3 c all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ½ cup unsalted butter, softened 1 cup sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 c sour cream For topping: ¼ c sugar ¼ cup flour 3 tbs butter, chilled and cubed For the glaze: ¼ c powdered sugar 1 ½ teaspoons milk
German Pancakes: 6eggs, 1c milk, 1c flour, ½ t salt, 2T melted butter. Mix eggs, milk, flour and salt in a blender. Grease 13x9 baking dish w butter & pour in pancake batter. Bake uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
