Dum Murgh Biryani. this was pretty close to authentic hyderabadi biryani..though i had to add 10peppercorns, 5cloves and 1tbs o'red chili in the pot and temper it in oil before the chicken went in.added a bay leaf to the rice, omitted the boiled egg and there was 2tbs of ghee added between layers and at the sides of the pot.this one's a keeper for sure.
