WB- Made this 11/2/13. Great healthy breakfast! I added mexican cheese after it had cooked, used turkey bacon instead of regular, added a little very ripe cubed Amish grown tomato and added southwest seasoning and salt. Use a spoon to eat it so you can get all that yummy avocado out of it's shell! I placed them on top of a mini cupcake pan so they wouldn't roll and spill the egg. It just stabilized them really well.
