Silly Texas.. We lived there. True story
I'm NOT a Texan, I just live here... but, this this SO true. School was cx last year for the "potential" of snow!
true! I lived in Texas for 8 years and this is so true. Now I am from Illinois so I will never forget the day my boss came to me in a panic telling me I had better get home it was really bad outside. Well I didn't have any windows in my office so I went and looked LOL I asked her what the big deal was? She said that everyone has to go home and they have shut the schools down and no one was supposed to be on the roads LOL. So I did what I was told. Well when I went out to get in my car everyone was trying to scrape the snow off their windshields with credit cards. So I went in my trunk and got my snow brushes out and helped them get the thin layer off their cars. But the worst part was the drive home, it was like a war zone, cars everywhere in ditches, spinning out, it was unbelievable. It is a day I will never forget and still get a kick out of it.
...guess where im working this summer... all summer... in a cabin.. why yes, that burned spot on the map...
I love Texas, but the existence of only two seasons (kinda cool and broiling) gets old...
if there is one thing i learned on my trip to texas, it was that i will never eat at In-N-Out and not wish it was Whataburger.
