DIY Febreze With No Fabric Softener. I seen some tips online on how to use Fabric Softener to create DIY Febreze at home. After reading the comments and seeing a trend, I decide to not use the Fabric softener route as it seems to leave a residue behind.
How to Make Your Own Febreze: Large Spray Bottle or reuse an old spray bottle 4 TBSP Baking Soda Cup Fabric Softener (your favorite smell) Hot water to fill the rest of the bottle. Shake or stir all of these together in the bottle and voila!
Home-Made Febreeze -Items Needed: Cup of Fabric Softener + 2 Tablespoons Baking Soda + Hot Water + Spray Bottle. How-To: Using a funnel, pour the fabric softener & baking soda into your spray bottle. Fill the spray bottle with hot water and shake well.
FABRIC SOFTENER - 2 cups hair conditioner, 3 cups white vinegar, 6 cups hot water, essential oil (a few drops). Put in large container/pitcher and stir until conditioner clumps dissolve. Pour into your final cup per load.
Remove pet accidents from carpet: Mix 1 part water, and 3 parts vinegar. Let it soak for 30 minutes. Mix 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide, 2 teaspoons of baking soda, and a squirt of dish-washing liquid. Shake it well. Spray, and let it soak/dry.
