Fried Fish tacos with Spicy Tartar Sauce; coat fish in beer batter & fry 3 mins each side. Fill a warm corn tortilla with cabbage, cilantro, onions, tomatoes & cheese. Tartar sauce; mix sour cream, mayo, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/8 c jalapeno juice, 1/4c lime juice.

These were great! Fish Tacos. But I didn't have any filets. So I baked some frozen, breaded fish first, and used that. It was still wonderful!
