    Crock Pot Taco Chicken Chili -Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili -1onion,chopped-16oz ea black,kidney beans-8to16oz tom sauce-10oz corn-28oz diced tomatoes w or w/o chilies-1pkg taco seas-1T cumin-1T chili powder-24oz boneless skinless chicken breasts-chili peppers,chopped(optional)-chopped cilantro or parsley -Mix all but chick in slow cooker. Top w chicken,cover. Cook low 6-10hrs. Shred chicken,return to slow cooker for 1/2hr. Top w cilantro or parsley. Serve w grated cheese, sour cream

Place chicken on top and cover. Cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours. Half hour before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in. Top with fresh cilantro.
