1 bunch Cilantro
1 head Lettuce* (any variety)
1 Lime* *organic ingredients recommended
1/2 cup Onion
1/4 tsp Oregano
2 Tomatoes

Baking & Spices

3/4 tsp Chili powder
1 Salt and pepper

Nuts & Seeds

1/2 tsp Cumin

Bread & Baked Goods

4 Corn tortillas, whole-grain


1 cup Cheese, grated
2 tbsp Olive oil or butter
1/2 cup Sour cream


½ cup either kidney, pinto, or black beans*
