I make this all the time for breakfast and/or dinner, served with fruit and some biscuits or toast. Yummy! This hearty meat, potato, egg, and cheese dish is a delicious choice for breakfast or dinner. Just alter your side dishes accordingly.

Farmer's Breakfast Casserole. I have made this many times, and it is very good. Have used bacon, sausage and ham. Have added bell peppers. Very versatile and filling. And Gluten Free!
