The Julbock, or Yule-goat, is made of straw and wrapped in red ribbon. It has a long history in its home country of Sweden, going back 300 years.
This will only drain damp if you lower the amount of honey and NOT use any yogurt or ice cream to top it! Still looks delicious though! :)
