Aloha Burgers

Aloha Burgers. I changed this recipe up a bit. For the patties, I mix: 1 lb organic ground beef, 1 egg, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup ketchup, and 1 1/2 tsp salt. This makes four medium-sized patties. Top each with Swiss cheese. Serve on a Hawaiian bread bun. Add bacon and lettuce for a topping. The Hawaiian bread roll adds a lot of sweetness and a tropical, pineapple-y flavor.
