      Parmesan Baked Potato Halves- I love these, they make a perfect side dish. They are super easy, delicious, and give you the benefits of a baked potato without all the mess on your plate. Ingredients: 6 small potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half, 1/4 cup butter (i used Promise light), grated parmesan cheese garlic powder, other seasonings (to personal preference)

      Parmesan Baked Potato Halves: cooked face down on a layer of butter, garlic salt, Parmesan cheese. Great side dish w steak or appetizer served w a creamy, thick dip.

      Parmesan Potatoes 6 small potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half, 1/4 c butter, grated parmesan, garlic powder, other seasonings as preferred. Melt butter, pour into a 9x13 pan and spread evenly across the bottom. Generously sprinkle parmesan cheese and lightly sprinkle other seasonings all over the butter. Place potato halves face down on the butter and seasonings. Bake @ 400F for 40-45 mins. Cool for 5 mins before removing from pan. Serve with a side of sour cream for dipping.

      Parmesan Garlic Potatoes: 6 small potatoes halved, 1/4 c. butter, grated parmesan and garlic powder. Preheat oven to 450. Melt butter in pan and sprinkle generously with parmesan and gently with garlic powder. Place potatoes face down and bake 40-45 min. Serve with sour cream for dipping.

    Olive Oil, Garlic, Chives, and Romano Cheese Mashed Cauliflower

    Butter & Brown Sugar Roasted Sweet Potatoes •3 Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size cubes •2 tsp olive oil •1 tbsp butter •1 tbsp of brown sugar (more if you want it sweeter) •1 tsp of ground cinnamon •Sea salt, to taste Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut potatoes, melt butter and cover with spices. Bake 60 minutes.
