Berry Clafoutis _ Recipe adapted from Julia Child _ I give you clafoutis. Often spelled clafouti (CLA-FOO-TEE) in the U.S. Clafoutis is a French Rustic style dessert that I’ve recently fallen for. It’s somewhere between a cake, a custard & a pancake, 100 percent delicious & ridiculously easy to make.
While there are several desserts that set my heart aflutter, there is nothing quite like indulging in high-quality, dark chocolate topped with a hearty sprinkling of flaky morsels of salt. If you haven’t tried this famous combo, here’s your chance.
Cherry Clafoutis (*includes great video!) one of the easiest French desserts you can ever make, simply perfect for cherry season and is absolutely amazing. A custard like base and lots of cherries on top, sprinkled with a bit of powdered sugar, it is best served warm either as a dessert or even for breakfast.
After a fun summer Saturday out with the family, there’s nothing more refreshing than a cool smoothie. By making this Sweet Berry Smoothie with SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, instead of sugar, you can enjoy more of this refreshing drink for the same amount of calories. Check out the recipe here!
