yesfitnessandpearlsplease:    inspiredmefit:    ITS PERFECT    I did this on Monday and when I woke up yesterday it wasnt that bad but then during the day I could barely walk, I figured the soreness would be gone by today but I woke up the same if not worse I can barely sit down or get up :O replaced the regular squats with frog squats KILLER leg and booty workout
