Why: This is very inspiring to me. Having quotes to get you through the day is needed. Very positive. How: Get posted notes and make an effort to write down something that I can use in my life to lift my spirits and or motivate me to do something. I love this idea. It could work well with writing on a mirror with lipstick too. Love it!
When embarking on a fitness plan, my first goal is to look good in my clothes and my subsequent goal is to look fab w/out my clothes. Progress and NOT perfection has always been my motto as it pertains to exercise and everything else!!! One love.
I agree. And when someone complains to me that their life is over (at 21) I want to hit them upside the head and remind them that the average life expectancy is over 70. So, uh, you can live the next 50 or so happy and loving your self or still complaining about how your life is over.
There's never enough time. But time is so relative, therefore we must make the most of it. Because when it's time to say goodbye, our life begins once again and then, time is infinite. But it's the time we spend with certain people and things on this planet that make time seem short and never enough.
I am repinning this because it is applicable today. When we feel we have so much on our plate or wonder if we can handle it all... remember- you are so much stronger than you think you are. You are awesome! and if it is just too too much- then take something off your plate! I just did and it feels AMAZING! believe in yourself. it will take you places (mentally and those are the best places!) It doesn't matter what you do in life but your attitude towards it.
I love you. I don't know what's gonna happen in the future but I have you. You don't know how happy that makes me.
