Recipe for Sweet & Salty Pumpkin seeds from Real Simple. 2c pumpkin seeds, rinsed & patted dry; 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted; 2 tbsp granulated sugar; 1/2 tsp kosher salt; 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon. Heat oven to 300F, spread seeds on rimmed bkng sheet and bake until dry (50-60 minutes); take out, increase oven temp to 350. Toss seeds with butter, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Return to oven, tossing occasionally, until golden brown (10-15 minutes). Enjoy!
