Im pro running and anti-dieting. Obviously make healthy choices with eating but I believe you can have that cake and ice cream, just put in some work. @mankofit: This is 6 weeks of hard work. I don’t miss a workout, I wake up at 5 in the morning, hit the gym twice a week. If you think there’s a magic pill that will guarantee you results you are WRONG!!!! It’s all about nutrition, I can count how many times I do abs. If ou think doing abs everyday will get you flat abs then you are WRONG as well! It all starts with a clean diet, with your daily cardio, and with the big weights!
