I use this religiously during the summer time! I have a little cocktail that gives me flawless legs for those extra special occasions. I found after a 45 minute cardio session it worked the best. I start by exfoliating with ground coffee, & vitamin e oil; wrap or rub seaweed, then finish by wrapping legs with Seran-wrap. I usually let it sit for 45 minutes. Shower with Dove hyper-allergenic body wash. I finish off by moisturizing with my soap cocktail with an Aveeno moisturizer. Enjoy!
