GRITS!!!!-1 quart water 1 cup yellow stone ground grits 1/2 cup milk 1 cup chicken stock 1 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. white pepper 1 pint heavy whipping cream Methods/steps Bring water to boil in heavy pot. Add remaining ingredients and return to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Grits are done when they are a thick and creamy consistency.
