Grilled Pork Chops with Spicy Chimichurri Sauce

4 Pork loin chops, boneless

Produce

1/2 cup Cilantro, packed fresh
4 Garlic cloves
1/2 cup Oregano, packed fresh
1/2 cup Parsley, packed fresh
1/2 cup Shallots

Condiments

2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce

Baking & Spices

1/2 tbsp Black pepper, freshly ground
3 tbsp Brown sugar, packed
1 3/4 tbsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Cider vinegar
1/2 cup Olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
