Completely agree. One can learn a lot from Ido. He thoroughly understands movement. Not really in alignment with his dietary leaning. Just not my thing. Movement Culture represents a contemporary paradigm shift in physicality, moving us away from main culprits in movement and fitness as well as the separation.

Ido Portal… I believe in this guy.  He's making me question my methods, my thoughts, my perception of what humans should be able to do with movement.    I suspect that I may be experimenting with his thought process in the coming months.
