Use a little toothpaste, mix in one teaspoon baking soda plus one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, half a teaspoon water. Thoroughly mix then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two.

Easy Restaurant Style Baked Potatoes. Baking Potatoes in half the time. Olive Oil Sea Salt Wash potatoes, prick lightly 2-3 times and cook them in the microwave for about 1/2 the time you normally would. I cooked 3 fairly large ones for 10 minutes in the microwave. You want to be able to feel a little give in the potato but not so much you can break the skin. Remove from the microwave. Brush with Olive Oil. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in oven at 375 degrees 20-25 minutes
