I can run obvi but imma try this! Running for beginners! I have been told that I "run funny", so I might also need a running clinic to correct bad habits, but this sequence looks like a good start. Running is definitely the activity that gets me in shape the fastest and let's face it - it's a useful survival skill.
Dr. Oz's Swimsuit Slimdown Drink- 1 cup grapefruit or orange or pineapple juice, 2tsp apple cider vineger, 1tsp honey drink before each meal ... breaks down fat cells faster than anything else. - Don't know if that's true, but this sounds yummy! CH
