Finnish Coffee Bread (pulla) - I have made this bread 5 times using other recipes. This is a great recipe. Only caution...this will make 2 loeaves, maybe even 3 if you want a smaller loaf. Excellent! My girls love it toasted.
Finnish Pulla -- This is the recipe I used to win the Scandinavian Days bread contest (won a Bosch!) Tips: put tinfoil on the rack below the bread to reduce burnt bottom. Half way through cook time put a piece of tinfoil on the top or it'll get too brown. I also did the 6 strand braid and coarse sugar. Looked awesome!
