put many different exercises in 1 cup and pick a certain number of them at random for your daily work out. put them in the done cup when you've finished. then when you've gone through all the popsicle sticks, put them back in the daily workout cup and start over! good way to keep your work out fresh so as to not do the same routine everyday and create muscle memory. The only thing that #you and #I have in common when it comes to health and fitness are the foods we put in our bodies and how are bodies use the nutrients in that food in order to accomplish our fitness goals. Would a Yogi be a Yogi if he/she ate fast food twice a day? Would a power lifter be a power lifter if he/she only ate vegetables? Who knows. But my point is simply that if you want to get #healthy, #fitspo, or #thinpo, and someone tells you running is the best and only way to better health, stop and ask yourself, "Self. If I ran everyday but didn't eat healthy foods or my body didn't use that food, would I be healthy?" The answer would be of course not. But if you asked yourself, "Self. If I only ate nutritious foods and focused on ensuring my body maximized those foods, and I didn't run, would I be healthy?". Although there are no guarantees, the most logical answer would be "YES.". Ingredients 1 1/4 C Sugar (Yup, plain, good-ol’ white sugar) 1/2 C Oil (I used olive oil, but you can use any oil, coconut oil, baby oil, canola oil) 3 tablespoons Citrus (Lime or lemon) 1-2 Razors
Super Silky Summer Legs (sugar scrub): This method of scrub, shave, scrub does produce super soft, silky legs. I used olive oil, but will use coconut in the future because it smells yummy. Unfortunately, the last thing I want to do with my freshly silkified legs is clean the tub, but it is a must. Be warned- oil residue everywhere = super slick tub!

Pasta makes you fat, not bacon! It's true! (My last blood test proved it! I gave up sugar & refined foods. If I want sour cream on my potato, I indulge in it, and I do mean indulge, it would probably sicken you to see the potato I eat with my sour cream ;) All of my lipids panel was absolutely spot on fantastic. The Dr. could not believe the complete turnaround for the good!)
