Uses Hawaiian rolls to make ham and Swiss sliders. Made these last night (4-6-12) and loved the combination of slightly sweet rolls and savory topping! The only thing I'd change is to cook it a little more than the recipe says after you take the foil off. Just be sure the tops are lightly crispy or it's a bit soggy on top (but even then, was delish!).
Originally from Weight Watchers: Chicken Tacos recipe – 5 WW points, 7 WW points plus. But I replace the meat with a product called Quorn. It's available at Whole Foods in the freezer section. Stuff tastes pretty darn good. www.quorn.us/Home/ If your wondering why I don't eat chicken, I dare you to read a book called Eating Animals, by Jonathan Safran Foer
Weight Watchers Taco Soup recipe (239 calories, 4 WW points) I made this tonight for dinner...it is SUPER easy and yummy! I served it with avocado, cilantro, green onions, reduced fat cheese, and just a tiny dollop of plain greek yogurt (instead of sour cream). Definitely a repeat on the easy weeknight dinner rotation!
