I can't seem to follow the link, but I used some refrigerated pie crusts, a mason jar ring as circle cutter, some apricot/lemon compote as filling, a vegetable cutter for the center shape, a fork to seal the edges, a spritz of water and some sugar. Good!

So vibrantly crisp, refreshing, & pretty! Lemon filled chocolates with tangy lemon tea.
