Delicious, healthy, full of Vitamin A and healthy olive oil, I am making some today! I love carrots, raw, cooked, in dishes, by themselves, with hummus, whatever, now I am going to try them as chips too. I love these posters that come with the recipe right on them!
Cinnamon Tortilla Chips: 1 (24 ounce) package flour tortillas butter (melted) cinnamon sugar 1. Brush butter over the entire top of one tortilla. 2.Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar. 3. Cut into 8ths. 4. Put onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees till light brown (not to dark). 5. Approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
Zucchini Chips 4 Ways - The Copper Collective-tried salt and vinegar, and parm. Did not use bread crumbs. Must have sliced too thin because 30 mins was way too long. Keep an eye on them. Great for a chip craving!
