Delicious shrimpy, saucy pasta. Sadly, did not keep as well as I hoped, which sort of colored my memory of this dish, but the first night it was damn good! So just don't make too much of it, and enjoy!

Chicken Spaghetti 8 oz angel hair pasta 2 c chopped, grilled chicken 1 (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup 1(10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup 1 (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained 1-8 oz sour cream Sprinkling of Parmesan or Mexican-blend cheese Preheat oven to 350. Boil pasta and drain. Mix all other ingredients (except cheese), add to cooked pasta and put in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with your choice of cheese .

True Lemon Pepper Shrimp Linguine. Modified recipe by using dried herbs and only 3 cloves garlic. Added grated lemon zest and EVOO to the drained pasta before adding to the pan of saucy shrimp. Kids loved it and so did the adults :) very tasty!!
