(1/2 stick) unsalted butter 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1/4 cup honey 2 cups plain granola 1 cup rice cereal (Rice Krispies, etc.) 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/4 cup peanut butter chips Process Line two 9×5 loaf pans or one 11×7
Energy balls: combine 1 cup rolled Oates, 1/2 cup ground flaxseed, 1/3 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup rasins, 1/2 cup granola, 1/3 cup honey, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla. Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate for 45 minutes. Roll into balls and store in the fridge in an airtight container.
