Lordship Place, Chelsea, London: Chelsea is an upmarket neighbourhood equivalent to that of New York's Upper East Side, Los Angeles' Beverly Hills or the 16th arrondissement of Paris. This is shown in the average housing price in Chelsea which is above £1.3 million. This reminds me of one of the first places I ever lived after I left home - I was renting a dump of a trailer in a rundown mobile home park in west Orlando - the owner didn't care what I did, as long as it wasn't damaged (how could she tell?). I threw down bright rag rugs, pinned up curtains for doors, hung lamps and scarfs and picures everywhere - and battled wolf spiders on a fairly regular basis. My place wasn't this pretty, though!
