This is a really great recipe. Have made it several times now. Tortellini and garden vegetable bake. This can be made up to 24 hours in advance and left in the fridge so all you have to do when you're ready to eat is preheat the oven and VOILA! Dinner! :)

Asparagus and Ham Casserole - I made this with prosciutto instead of ham. This was GREAT! Very light - I used whole wheat rigatoni pasta, whole wheat flour, whole grain bread, and skim milk. I doubled the recipe and there were NO leftovers. Will make again!
