Salmon Cakes with Honey Mustard Vinaigrette -- If you like salmon patties, these are really good! Well seasoned and easy to make. Full disclosure, I used what I had in some places. Canned salmon, Italian seasoned bread crumbs instead of panko, and only red wine vinegar in the dressing. Still great! Don't skip the vinaigrette; it really works well with the salmon.
