Ashley Joseph Edwards

I’ve seen the collage work of London based artist Ashley Joseph Edwards popping up all over the internet lately, but it was his image of that sweet little pink pyramid saying her bedtime prayers that got me.

This example of photomontage is interesting because it combines a mountain range with a vintage photo of a little boy with whipped cream. It is a light hearted image and pairs well with the light nature of the whipped cream.

Rainbow Colors >> Paper images, tribal patterns, mixed media work from San Francisco based illustrator/artist Lisa Congdon.

It could be about the terror and joy of childhood imagination, but it's probably a warning about how kids shouldn't befriend T-Rexes.

Any post that starts with a T-Rex and finishes with a ‘cake’ is a-okay in my book! These fantastic collages are the work of LA based artist Ashlie Chavez.
