Pumpkin Pie Smoothie -1/2 banana, 1/3 cup pumpkin puree, 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt , 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk (or vanilla soy milk), few shakes of pumpkin pie spice, 4-5 ice cubes. Done.

Chocolate Cake Batter Overnight Oats Serves 1 1/4 cup whole rolled oats 1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice) 1/2 ripe banana 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup (or honey) 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract Combine all ingredients in a glass jar or container and refrigerate overnight.
