This picture does not do the rollups any justice as it was taken before they had been refrigerated and sliced. I had these at a Lenten supper last week at church and they were very good. So appropriate for this time of year.
I made this by mixing cream cheese with chopped dill pickles and chopped ham, then spreading on whole wheat tortillas. Roll the tortilla up, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Before serving, cut into slices.
