Envelope book - the blog post is very good with tutorial on how to turn ugly envelopes into beautiful books - I'm sure this could be very useful in the classroom - maybe to hold kids writing papers, etc

I know this is for a travel journal, but I love this kind of idea for notebooking in general. It would be cool to see the kids mix their own illustrations and writing together like this someday.
