Saganaki ~fried Greek cheese.. (if your making this at home just use a fine Greek cheese like kefalogavaira or kefalotiri, flour instead of corn starch and when the cheese is done sqeeze lemon juice on it.. oh and use E.V.O for the pan) You will love cheese this way!!!
