Super Easy PB Fudge :: 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3/4 cup peanut butter. Bring sugar and milk to a boil. Boil two and a half minutes. Remove from heat and stir in PB and vanilla. That's it. (I've made this!)
Bechamel Sauce (White Sauce)--uses evaporated milk. Starter base for homemade Mac n' Cheese-just toss shredded cheese in sauce to melt, add cooked pasta and it's ready. Or put it in baking pan, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350 F until bubbly and browned on top.

Homemade Thin Mint Cookies. These were delicious! All the boys gave them a thumbs up! But add twice as much mint as the recipe calls for or your cookies won't be minty. I used chocolate dipping coating instead of what the recipe calls for and I added the extra mint to that and they turned out exactly like real thin mints
