10/26/13 made the mistake of doing round 1 with 1 minute of jump rope in between exercises. Came to my senses in round 2 and it became much easier, though still a tough w/o. Prison Get-ups were my weakness.

The Turkish Getup - wod 5/15: 14 35 lb kettle bell swings, 7 box jumps Amrap 7 mins= 5 rounds; 10 squat jumps, 1 25lb Turkish getup in each arm, total of 6 rounds. Awesome improvement! Also did a great dancing pose in one hour bikram today:)
