Day 2: Breakfast, Military Diet Plan. I just finished eating and I have to say that at first I was turned off by this food combo. But I ate them all separately and I didn't mind it at all. I hard boiled the egg, so I didn't have to cook it in a pan with any butter or anything. I ate that first followed by the toast and then the banana. I feel full and satisfied !
