Such an easy side dish, hardest part is making the 1st cut into the cabbage. Heat up the oven to 400-425 before putting the cabbage in to get caramelization=flavor. Had to separate the inner leaves to allow it to cook faster. simple flavors- salt, pepper and sauzon. Yum!- ebv
