I think next time I will only go for 5 hours to make it less dry, but it still came out “pull apart good” and tender. The sauce was creamy and very tasty. Will make again! Crockpot Lemon Chicken | Plain Chicken - This was a HUGE hit with my kids. It could use a thickener of some kind for the sauce, but the flavor was outstanding. We made our own italian seasoning mix instead of using a packet. Definitely add garlic and extra water/broth if you want any kind of "sauce" with this. All in all, I'd call this a potential regular in our household now.
