CROCK POT Asian Pork Chops! I just made these today. It came out amazing. Recipe would definitely work with chicken/beef. Mix 1/2 cup soy sauce (I used Lite), 1/2 ketchup. 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, and black pepper to taste. Put meat in the crock pot (I used 2.5 pounds boneless pork chops because thats what was already thawed). Pour the sauce mixture over the meat, cook on low for about 5 hours, and the meat is tender and moist.

Seriously the BEST RUB for making pulled pork in the crock pot.~ I let the spice rubbed pork sit in the fridge over night. I didn't put the pork back in the crockpot with the bbq sauce, instead, I put the pulled pork on toasted buns and stuck under broiler for about 45 seconds, took out of oven and added BBQ sauce and Slaw on top. Yummy! I will need to halve the rub recipe next time.
