Famous Gardens of the World, Japanese Garden, Kyoto,Japan – Ive traveled to Kyoto but not sure if this is one of the gardens I visited, they were all so beautiful!
Maybe too busy for a labyrinth but nice for a path or patio. I like the repetition. From a Japanese Garden, Kyoto end of the road, the light of the stone lantern forever
One of London's most impressive Japanese gardens can be found in Holland Park in Kensington and Chelsea. The garden was donated by the Chamber of Commerce of Kyoto in 1991 and has a pond, waterfall and Japanese maple trees.
Kyoto - Zen garden has 3 features, the sky, the land and the water. The water is represented by raked pebbles in ripples. Stones are the islands (land) and trees represent the sky or heaven. The gardens are quiet for contemplation
