Best mexican rice I have ever had. period. I changed the recipe a little: Fry 1 cup rice in oil, add 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic salt. Stir in onion until tender. Add 2 cups chicken broth and 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Once it boils, put lid on pot and let simmer for 20-25 min. YUM!
