7 Day Ab Challenge: Definitely recommend trying this. I started working out last week with this workout. It was not time consuming (under 15 minutes a day), could be done anywhere (minimal space and no equipment required), and produced reasonable results given the exercises. You're not going to have amazing abs after one week, but you will see progress. Videos are provided so you know how to do each of the exercises.
