We made homemade sushi at my friends house. Her boyfriend's dad taught us how. It was so easy and delicious! All you need is the wooden sushi roller, seaweed papers, sushi rice, fish, and a mixture of fresh veggies of your choosing. Put the paper down on the roller first, then slowly lay out and press down the rice. Then fill the middle with the fish and veggies and tightly roll, then cut.
