Another pinner said: Kids birthday ice cream cupcakes! I just used store-bought tubs of icing(except I made the green), filled ziploc bags, cut the corner off, and piped on the icing. It works in a pinch! I used gumdrops instead of gum balls and used cookie icing for the "chocolate syrup" because it has that drippy look. These are so easy and cute!! Big hit!!
