DIY -Family Picture cubes in clear vase. Template included. Love this decorating idea for a cute coffee table, entry hall or buffet table. It would be cute to put some sand and shells in one with your vacation pics on the cubes or something else symbolizing your travels. Like a vacation memory jar.

Casey, I've found the cheapest way to do it is to go to Home Depot. You can get a piece of lumber like you would if you need to repair your fence. They will cut it for you. I think I got about 9 pieces from one piece of lumber.

Bob, sand then paint, or paint then sand, for a more rustic look.

This would be a cool way to display all dad's old camping photos...maybe doing it on a large scale double sided??

Hey...I just had this exact idea while I was standing in lowes the other day and now my vision is here! Wow...

you can put different pictures on the sides, turn them so you don't get bored. also, I think I'd use our last name

photo blocks. Hobby Lobby or basically any craft store sells wood blocks. Use scrapbook paper as desired and then just Modge Podge the paper and pictures to the blocks. Then sand the edges and add some distressing ink (Hobby Lobby scrapbooking/stamps aisle) to the sanded edges to make them look old. Definitely gonna do this for my momma :)

DIY Photo blocks... awesome idea! wouldn't wedding picture with names and date below be beautiful. Love this idea for children too amazing potential for any picture.
